Membership Meeting

Brenkert, Janis Castle, Heather Nichols, Rob Nichols, Peggy Hewes

Guests- Jade Swepston, Hannah Nichols and Kaitlyn Nichols

Meeting called to order by Janis Castle at 7:12 pm at Barnaby’s in Tukwila, WA

Old Business-

Slate of Officers- read -

Mary Downing- President
Susan Manthou- Vice President
Peggy Hewes- Secretary
Janis Castle- Treasurer
Board members- Beth Levine and Jeanette Dorsey

Move to approve the Slate by Kerie, 2nd by Kendra , motion carried

New Business-

  • Janis moved that since we had to cancel the Race meet in Nov, and the  fee is  waved,  in the interest of good will,  we pay the Polo field people $150.00, 2nd Kerie, motion carried.
  • Janis moved to use   $200-300 of the $1000 from the Pat Wilson estate for rescue and the balance to pay off the bike, 2nd Aaron, motion carried.

Kerie moved to close the meeting at 7:25 pm, 2nd Heather, adjourned with the Christmas Party to follow
