April 11/12, 2009 WWWA ASFA Results

Our small but tireless performance committee once again hosted successful ASFA trials over the weekend of April 11/12.  Several factors, including the AWC National in Atlanta, as well as several competing local events, kept entries lower than average in quantity, but not in quality! HotRod and I attended the race meet put on by WRAG in Goldendale April 11th and 12th, and did pretty well.  We didn’t have a huge number of dogs – but the competition could hardly have been tougher.  Out of 34 dogs on Saturday 12 were past meet winners, and on Sunday we had 10 [...]

Beth Levine brags…

We went to the SISFA trials in Emmett, Idaho over the weekend, where I was judging and running some whippets. Helen Brettell brags…

Last weekend at (brrr) Timberland, Brandi (Lost Creek Bzantium Metaxa) got her first point!  I have included a cute photo of her, taken from ringside by my sister. Also, not my brag but of note, the lovely “Shelby” (Starlaine N Jade ‘Tis The Season), a Truman daughter, finished her Championship. -submitted by Helen Brettell
