General Membership Meeting, 5/8/09 at Sockeye’s in Monroe, WA

Meeting called to order at 7:10 pm by President Mary Dowing

Minutes of last meeting approved as published on the website.

Show Committee- Mary Dowing
The premium list has gone to the Superintendent, but we are still looking for a Photographer any ideas call Mary or Janis L. Chris Downing passed around the list for trophy donations.

Upcomong Events- Jeannette Dorsey
The Versitility Weekend is coming up over Memorial Day Weekend, still need Volunteers for Foul Judges and Hunt Master, the weekend will include Racing, Lure Coursing, a Match, Food and Fun.

And the B Match will be on 6/20 at Marymor Park, Help will also be needed.

Beth Levine will be putting the roster on the Web Site soon, make sure she has all corrections and this will be accessible only by members and updated only by the web master.

Shirley Cassell- Practices will be going on about twice a month or so, at Frohning Farms in Monroe, thru the summer, including box training and pre-certs, more info later.
