October 2009 ASFA Trials
After enjoying a summer break since the Versatility Weekend, the performance committee is gearing up for a busy fall schedule! The premium list for our October 10/11 ASFA trials is now available on the WWWA Calendar as well as the ASFA Region 1 Calendar.
We also have race meets on September 26/27; the flyer will be available shortly. Both events will be at the Roy Polo Field.
We need volunteers! Please contact performance chairs Aaron & Kerie Swepston if you are able to help out with these events.
And while we’re talking performance, don’t forget the NAWRA National and Western NOTRA Derby will be held in Roy over the weekend of September 18/19/20, co-hosted by WWRC and ORCC. For more information, see the NAWRA National website.

Dear WWWA, My wife and I will are planning a trip to Washington and would be interested in learning more about this event and possibly joining the WWWA. We live in Hawaii, but share a family farm on San Juan Island. We have a whippet, Kolea, who we have been showing here despite a dearth of whippets locally. She is from New Zealand (Shenkhan Kennels). We’d like to meet whippet people, watch the events, and generally connect with the whippet world.
