Also, Jagur Swepston, Jade Swepston, Hannah Nichols, Kaitlyn Nichols

Meeting Called to order by Mary Downing, President, at 7pm

Readings for the following New Member Applicants that were published on the Website.  Sponsers spoke on behalf of each person.

• Chad and Misti Bowen, moved to approve by Mary, 2nd by Heather, unanimously approved.
• Shawna Mckay, moved to approved by Janis, 2nd by Jeanette, unanimously approved.
• Jennifer McEachern, moved to approve by Janis, 2nd by Aaron, unanimously approved.

Slate of Officiers for 2010 read by the Secretary-

• President- Peggy Hewes
• Vice President- Susan Manthou
• Secretary- Heather Nichols
• Treasurer- Janis Castle
• Board Member- Mary Downing

Moved to approve the Slate as read- Peggy Hewes, Secretary, 2nd by Bill, Motion carried.

7:15pm – Motion to adjourn the meeting and begin the Christmas Party- Peggy and 2nd byJeanette. Motion carried.
